As the client facing representation of our organization you will have the opportunity to encourage both clients’ and consultants to join the LKA & Associates team.

We realize there are many opportunities for you to refer your colleagues, professionals you meet, opportunities you hear of on your current team, opportunities you discover at industry events, opportunities you might be recruited for and turn away… We encourage you to refer these to LKA & Associates.

We are honored when our existing consultant base feels confident in sending a referral to us. It is our promise to you that we will follow-up on all leads you share and we are pleased to offer referral fees as defined below.

Candidate Referrals:  For each referred candidate that is placed on assignment by LKA&Associates:

• 3-6 month assignment $250.00
• 6+ month assignment $500.00

Client Referrals:  For each client referral where LKA&Associates makes a placement:

• 3-6 month assignment $250.00
• 6+ month assignment referral $500.00

Referral fees will be paid on the next pay cycle following the candidate’s 30th day on assignment.

** A valid referral is a candidate or client who is presented to a LKA&Associates representative by an active consultant. The candidate or client has not been engaged or on Active Status with within the last 30 days.

** Please note candidate referrals that are sent direct to a client will not be considered eligible for a bonus payment.

**Immediate family members are also not eligible for the Referral Program; however, we will do our best to have them placed on a great assignment.

How to submit your referral:  Here are the ways you can share a referral with our team:

• Share our contact information with your referral and ask them to reference your name.
• Simply send the details of your referral to the below form:
