DESCRIPTIION of RESPONSIBILITIES

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the HR functional areas to include recruitment and on-boarding; employee relations; benefits administration and management; training; performance management process; policy implementation, employment law compliance; and project management. This position will provide support to 80 – 100 employees and also contractors.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

  • Minimum 4 years leadership experience in HR functions.
  • PHR/CP; SPHR/SCP desirable
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume department of one

HOURS & BENEFITS

This is a full-time position.

EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS

B.S/B.A. (HR Management, Business Administration, Communication or related field). Master’s degree preferred.
