Seeking to hire a part-time licensed, contractual therapist to provide individual and family therapy. This is an independent, 1099-contractor position and requires a minimum of 10 hours per week of direct client contact, with considerable room to grow (up to full-time, if desired).
NOTE: Due to COVID-19, position will begin via telehealth and transition to in-person sessions upon termination of the local/national emergencies.
We offer competitive compensation and a supportive work environment. We handle all insurance credentialing and billing. You create your own schedule (mornings, afternoon, evening and weekend hours), see your clients and generate your notes in our HIPAA-compliant, EMR system. Preference will be given to practitioners credentialed / paneled with Maryland Medicaid, Medicare & BCBS.
Responsibilities
- Meet with assigned clients in individual and/or family sessions.
- Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards
- Complete clinical notes and other paper work as required
- Maintain consistent contact with referral sources and work cooperatively with other members of the client’s treatment team
- Uphold with high regard, the confidentiality of clients and follow all HIPPA guidelines
- Strict adherence to COMAR and CARF standards both in practice and in documentation
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field
- Licensed in the State of Maryland as a LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT or LCADC
- Must possess or obtain Malpractice Insurance
- Must possess or obtain certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Must pass background checks
- Maryland driver’s license & reliable personal vehicle

DESCRIPTIION of RESPONSIBILITIES

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the HR functional areas to include recruitment and on-boarding; employee relations; benefits administration and management; training; performance management process; policy implementation, employment law compliance; and project management. This position will provide support to 80 – 100 employees and also contractors.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- Minimum 4 years leadership experience in HR functions.
- PHR/CP; SPHR/SCP desirable
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume department of one

RESPONSIBILITIES
This position ensures that the image of our company is reflected in the appearance and
condition of our equipment and facilities. The Mechanic is to maintain our high standards of
safety and extend the life of our assets.
Essential Functions
Inspect, adjust, realign, repair and drive vehicle to test brakes, align wheels, tighten bolts and screws and reassemble equipment to keep vehicles repaired, safe and in good working condition.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on vehicles, equipment and machinery.
Lookup and understand manufacturer’s specifications, technical bulletins, service or repair manuals.
Follow vehicle repair procedures.
Report discrepancies and safety hazards on all vehicles and properties on the appropriate forms.
Accurately produce reports and other departmental documents to HTA and DOT standards in a timely manner.
Order necessary parts for repairs.
Assist Maintenance Manager and Lead Mechanics.
Learn from Maintenance Manager and Lead mechanic in order to acquire additional ASE certifications.
Perform facilities repairs and maintenance.
Keep the immediate work area neat and clean.
Maintain a safe working environment, place unused tools and equipment in designated areas.
Follow procedures to fuel vehicles.
Follow procedures to park vehicles.
Consistently pass a DOT physical and random drug testing.
Must pass annual MVR check.
Keep ASE Certifications current.
Requires on-your-feet routine physical activity.
Regular attendance and punctuality in proper attire are required.
Equipment To Be Used
Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, and precision instruments, as well as power tools such as pneumatic wrenches, lathes, welding equipment, and jacks and hoists.
Required to wear protective or safety equipment.
Working Environment
The noise level in the garage environment is usually moderate to very loud and can be
distracting or uncomfortable. The garage and outside work environment is subject to a
range of temperatures and humidity. Outside work environment is subject to a range weather.
The work environment requires working in cramped work spaces and getting into awkward positions
that may or may not be well lighted. The work environment includes
exposures to hazardous equipment, hazardous conditions and minor burns and cuts.
Essential Physical Requirements
Ability to bend or twist.
Ability to walk and run.
Ability to kneel, crouch, stoop or crawl.
Ability to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tool or controls.
Ability to stand.
Ability to work in cramped spaces.
Ability to work lying on back under a vehicle.
Ability to lift, lower and carry items that typically weigh 25 - 50 pounds varying distances.
Ability to lift, lower and carry up to 75 pounds with assistance.
Ability to do repetitive movement.
Ability to ascend and descend stairs.
Ability to traverse all areas of the operation, vehicles and public areas.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Completion of an automotive training program.
Vocational or technical school preferred.
ASE Certifications preferred: Auto Brakes and Preventative Maintenance Inspection.
Valid District of Colombia, Virginia or Maryland CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
with acceptable driving record for past three years. (Will train to acquire a CDL. Must
obtain a CDL in two attempts.)
Other Requirements
Must pass pre-employment, MVR/background check and substance abuse testing.
Valid DOT physical required.
Must supply own hand tools and toolboxes. Tools must meet or exceed minimum tool list.
